Recently, we had the pleasure of moving a wonderful couple, Val and Bill Hall, for the second time. More than a decade ago, we prepared their large Winnetka home for market, moving them into a contemporary penthouse on Lake Michigan after the sale.
This spring, 12 years later, they decided to move to a lovely cottage in Michigan that better suits their current needs. They sold their penthouse on one showing, and we were thrilled when Val and Bill once again turned to CMFTO — this time, to prepare their home for closing and relocate them to Michigan.
