It’s always exciting to tackle a design challenge from start to finish, and late last year CMFTO signed on to design two condo interiors in a brand new development in Lake Bluff. We’ve worked with Altounian Construction before, so we knew the project was in good hands from the start, and it truly was starting from scratch—we’ve watched the foundations being built and the bricks go up. We’ve picked appliances and fixtures, and as we select more finishes in these gorgeous units, we’ll make sure to share our progress with you! (Bonus: we get to work with Claudia Altounian, which makes double the Claudias!)
