We were recently brought in to prepare a home with three active teenagers for market. The home had not been updated in more than eight years, but to the homeowner’s credit, she was ready for a new look that would be easily transported into her next home.
Our challenge was to brighten up a space that included dated furniture in dark colors, which did not enhance the living room.
Our solution was to replace the existing furniture with lighter, more contemporary pieces, showcasing the homeowner’s artwork.
The result was an updated home ready for market within days.
