Last year, we made a big announcement regarding our partnership with North Shore Place, a Senior Lifestyle Community, in Northbrook, IL. A year later, we are still going strong.

You’ve seen the ads. There are many different companies nowadays that offer to come and pick up your unwanted items for a fee. But we were wondering: what do they actually DO with all that junk?

It seems that summer has finally made its way to Chicago, and our CMFTO team is busier than ever! Which means while others may be relaxing and enjoying the last few weeks before school returns, we know it’s even more important for us to find moments of pause in our days.

After removing the hedge of arbor vitae from the perimeter of the patio, the CMFTO team repurposed existing planters found elsewhere on the property to update this home’s beautiful exterior and take advantage of the expansive lawn view.
