It’s here!!! The brand new CMF Transitional Organization (CMFTO) website has launched.

We are very excited about this new step as we have incorporated much much more into the design than ever before.

This full scale project began in a 5,000 sq. ft. , 5 bedroom Gold Coast town home in Chicago.

The family of 7 was moved north to a 3,500 sq.

This wonderful Gold Coast Townhouse in Chicago was substantially renovated. The space was totally gutted and a new floor plan was developed.

-Coordinated installation of wood library and other custom features
-Paint color selection for each room
-Carpet and area rug selection to coordinate with owner’s lifestyle
-Collaborated with Design Concepts on full art install
-Designed dining room table and chairs to capitalize on unique space
-Repurposed treasured antiques for a uniquely contemporary look

The “Total Package” best describes this project in a new construction highrise in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. The home was designed as a bachelor’s pied-a-terre.
