This week we are sharing a simple announcement with you that makes us very happy.

Earlier this summer, CMFTO was approved to be a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Chicago and Northern Illinois, with an A+ rating.

One of our services that tugs the most at my heart is assisting families who are in crisis. This happens most often when a parent or relative has passed away, or is undergoing major health challenges and has to move into a different housing solution.

With every new client and project, we get a little bit excited. The truth is, though we have done this countless times, and we have an incredible system set up to assist our clients most effectively, we also never know what we might find once we get started.

On one of our recent projects we were tasked with helping our client prepare their home for market. With really strong bones, this home was ready to be showcased magnificently. Only one thing stood in our way: clutter.

The living room is the main room in the home from which you share your life. It’s where you invite your guests to pay a visit, have meaningful conversations with family and friends, and find respite with a good book at the end of a long week.
