Outerwear is something most of us rarely declutter, but it can take up an inordinate amount of space — and seems to multiply every year!

What do I do with all my tools? That’s one of the biggest questions we get from clients who are rightsizing and leaving lawn and home maintenance behind.

Transitioning from a family home to a condo, a planned community with maintenance included, or even a townhouse or senior living location means we no longer need the various tools we’ve acquired over the years.
